"The person checking us in was distracted by another employee so didn't complete telling us all the information ie time of breakfast, wifi code etc. Even though they knew we had 3 people in the room there was only 2 k cups available. Morning staff was more helpful"

We went up to our room we discovered the room wasn't accessible. They changed the room with no hassle. We had a very nice stay uts such a lovely place. Breakfast was one of the best ive seen"

"We were depending on the free airport shuttle for a late pick-up (around 12:15 am) and we were not picked up until almost an hour later because the one shuttle driver was sent in the opposite direction right before we called. Very disappointing after calling the hotel several times before our trip to insure a pick-up after a late flight."
