Hotel Murah di Maryland

"The hotel is nicely located in a secure neighborhood in Maryland. However, it needs upgrades and consistent maintenance to keep up with the hospitality business in Nigeria, especially to attract foreigners looking for something cheap and modest. The food was well prepared, and the staff provided courteous service. The hotel manager was the main reason I stayed longer. She was available to make changes when I complained about my room. She is a nice person, and I think that is a plus for the...

"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"Clean room, Professional Staff. good & variety of Breakfast."

"Too much noise"

"The hotel is in an excellent state, but the water system must be well and properly treated. I can't brush my teeth with it"

"The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited."

"The hotel was ok,it was clean. I was disappointed that for the price the tv is not smart. If you need to spend time in the room I would suggest a place with smart TV.’s. The room was ok . The best part was the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is nice but very slow and you will need to tell them multiple times what you order took 30 minutes to get water and soda.another hour for food that came out wrong. They will only say sorry but not fix the problem."

"Clean room, location, professional and helpful staffs."
