"Firstly, my check in time was 12pm in the afternoon I got there around 6pm and yet I was told that my room is no more available, the staff made me book a ride to another hotel costing me 8k , mind you he jumped inside the uber with me to the new hotel . "I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care."
