He was extra helpful, friendly, warm, personable and went out of his way to help us with some things we needed to take care of. "I genuinely enjoyed the room and view but the service, top notch. I needed an iron, brand new one provided. I needed suggestions for parking, multiple given. The staff were funny and I enjoyed talking to the ladies and young man in the office. I stayed in 623 and would have no problem coming back for ANOTHER great visit. "

"Staff was friendly, there are amenities with a 24hr gym, a restaurant /bar at the building lobby, and a spa within the premises. The rooms were clean and I had a lovely view from my 5th floor window. "

"Check-in was great - the woman at the front desk was amazingly friendly, offering a basket of snacks and engaging in conversation with our young kids. She even went outside to help move cars so we could park directly in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. We'll definitely be coming back!"

"The iron was sort of damaged, and it affected my shirt a little. Also, water drips out of the shower and makes the restroom floor slippery. But management was supportive enough to let me keep luggage in breakfast room for extra 2 hours after checking out."
