"Really loved this hotel. Sits 30 minutes outside of Baltimore in a great area with nearby restaurants and entertainment. Room was big , clean, nicely decorated , modern . The room had a coffee maker with illy pods , microwave and refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again"

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. During that time, he repeatedly yelled from the back office that he was "on the phone" and "busy," and at one point told everyone,...
