"There was a mix-up with our reservation through a technical error on the third party site. The hotel, & Mark, bent over backwards to help us out! We were given a room while I dealt with the issue. It was resolved. But the length of their hospitality to us was commendable! The room was great! The complimentary breakfast was unusual for us.
