"pros - staff and service. pools. room size. concierge service via whatsapp. cons - location (not in central nusa dua). beach wasn’t nice. not much balinese charm. buffet was good, not great. pram access. ok for families, but there is much better options. Overall, a good stay. Probably won’t stay again as we have stayed in better hotels for a better price in Bali."

"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."
