"This unit exceeded expectations. Well designed, kind host, spacious unit. Basic towels and toiletries provided as well as a few beach towels. Immaculate view of Isla Verde Beach. Conveniently located next-door to the Fairmount ESJ hotel. Which has multiple restaurants and a casino. Easy access to the beach , loungers and umbrellas provided with a fee. Overall great experience perfect for family vacation to explore San Juan. We will definitely use this property again!"

"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful stay of my life. I arrived as a girlfriend and left as a fiancée, carrying a heart full of love and memories. "The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update.
We pay way too much for what we got. "

"What an unforgettable, fantastical, and peaceful place! Nothing beats the VIEW or falling asleep to the sounds of nature - rain, coquis, leaves brushing, birds.
