Gave me a room right behind the Elevator out of many free rooms. Elevator going up and down noises disturbed my peaceful stay. Hotel itself is lovely. I found 3 flattened dead rats around the Hotel.

The eletricity keeps going off numerous time. even though room card was inserted bed wasnt really clean as keep itching the whole night

Location is good. But, cleanliness can be better. Booked a family room but was given a triple room due to overbooking. Forgot to mention non-smoking and room given came with ash tray, so also the cigarettes smell. Good for a few hours or a day stay.

1- TV intermitent malfuction but were manage to be patient. 2. Bathroom door problem twice but the hotel act responsively and solved problem fast. 3. No dustbin in room 4. Aircond take a lot of time to cooling the room 5. Shower water flow unsatisfied. 6. No water heater 7. The rest is satisfied

For a budget hotel, it was ok to stay in and the bed itself is very comfortable. While the hotel is clean, there's always a kind of smell presumably from the outside which can be quite overwhelming and unpleasant. The air con remote control was not given to us to control the room temperature. The wash basin was too high from the standard height and makes it inconvenient for children. The worse part of this hotel has to be the hot shower. There is no valve or lever to control the boiling hot water for shower.

Bad service.
The receptionist played music too loud. My room was on the ground level, near the counter so I could hear the music quite loudly. From the night until the morning. The morning staff was playing mobile games when I want to check out. Didnt bother to greet or to check the details. He simply give me the deposit without any greeting such as "Thank you for staying" etc. His eyes were on his phone all the time. Hotel manager should look into this matter. The hotel was good, the room were great but the staff was a disaster.

Overall ok
1) Through Expedia booked this hotel, webpage did not indicates clear information, when I reached hotel, staff told me that I was booked for daily use (only 4 hours). Staff advised me topup RM43.30 to get the same conditions room (staff looked like very familiar such wrongly booked matter, I think many persons has did the same thing like me). 2) Staff informed me RM90 per night, have to topup RM43.30 for this room. I asked why RM43.30? I online make payment and charged me RM51.10. She printed out the slip which paid by Expedia was RM46.75. I felt that I was cheated even small amount. Lastly, no more book with Expedia since this experience. This is second time on my life.

Not a comfy stay
First step into the room, smell humid. Checked on the hanger room while opening the door with that irry noise from the door it's horrifying. Floor is sticky. Toilet isn't clean. Toilet bowl seat cover is loosen. Cup isn't been washed and covered. Bedsheet looks dull, not sure if it's being changed but still acceptable. And we have a guest accompany with us, a cockroach!

Be careful the trick
Be careful when read the price/rate because if you sort by cheapest rate, it rank the top, only RM60...but if you read carefully, the time is 2pm to 7pm stay only..haha! And when meed to top-up, the cashier not explain very clear, the counter price only RM75/night but I need to pay RM86...Haha!

The Hotel is near food stalls and restaurants. During night, there are open space food courts, many good and cheap food at there. The room overall is good as it is equipped with necessary facilities.

3rd Visit Experience...
This time round we get a deluxe room on CNY. Because is at 2nd floor, smooking smell is very very bad. Despite is none smoking in the hotel lobby, those guard and passenger still smoking in the lobby. The nearby mamak also got gangs always wondering around. Saw they been nasty to the mamak owner. The hotel receptionist also mistaken our booking for one day. Just good that they did not move away our staff but same time didnt clean up the room too.
