"I booked triple room and I am happy with the size of the room and beds. However, the food in the hotel is not good. It’s also pricy. It took us some time to find the room because the room number is not listed anywhere so we had to ask the person who work in the hotel. There are no restaurants around that area, which disappointed us, when I booked it from Hotel.com, it says 4 mins walking to the beach, I imagined there would be tourists and restaurants around the area. "

"If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. "Beach has chairs for a charge. Hotel is very old. Staff was good. The mattresses need updated. I believe they are from the 70’s. Could feel the springs."
