"We enjoyed our short but very sweet night at Palazzo Privatera. We arrived on the heels of Cyclone Henry, so much of the town was shut down, but our host Alfio was extremely insightful and helpful. He showed us around this mideivel treasure, hosted a wonderful breakfast, and made our stay so comfortable! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing property and town, but hope to return in the future to enjoy more of Mt Etna’s beauty and vineyards!"

"Veldig fint og rolig sted. Bra beliggenhet med tanke på avstand til flere kjente byer og etna. Veldig hyggelige verter og god frokost. Ved reservering stod det at rommet kom med jaccuzi, men kun 1 rom har dette og vi fikk ikke det. "

Entscheiden sie sich für das Zimmer mit dem runden Bett es ist ein Traum! Und nehmen sie auf jeden Fall das Frühstück man bestellt es abends und kann es im Zimmer zur gewünschten Zeit essen, es war alles perfekt wir werden wieder kommen, unser neues lieblingshotel ! "

"Me and my husband stayed in the romantic room and it was very nice. They put heart shaped ballons, fake flower petals and little love decorations around the room, it was a nice touch. Sheets and towels were clean, the hot tub has Bluetooth capability which was very nice. The only thing I think would be better is if they get a firmer mattress, it's too soft, you sink right in it. There are no employees that stay on premises but they are very responsive through text/WhatsApp. All in all it was a...

"Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht nicht sauber und habe sehr lange warten müssen bis die Leute gekommen sind, ich wollte schon ein andre Hotel nehmen"

"Shops and restaurants can be found within a 10 minute walk. Room was comfortable and fairly clean, nice terrace. Access to a kitchen, which was handy for a morning coffee. "

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und leise, da das Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels lag. Eine einladende Terrasse stand mir zur Verfügung. Das Centro lag direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Hotel kommuniziert ich per WhatsApp. Leider vergaß man mich, da ich wahrscheinlich der letzte Gast im Haus war. Ich kann mein Bett selber machen, jedoch für ein angebliches Drei-Sterne Hotel gehört es dazu. Frühstück gab es nicht im Hotel direkt. Ist nicht weiter schlimm, doch der Laden 3 Minuten weiter bot gefüllten...
