"There is little to like. Check in didn’t provide WIFI info. Rang reception no response but got it next day. Room was poor with toilet flush needed both hands power to flush, only one socket for charging next to the floor. None next to bedside table. Very few signs to reach breakfast place and wrong sign on one place so had to ask someone to find it! Dinner was with cold soup and took 45 minutes, only 3 tables occupied, 2 shared meal courses cost 70 euros with no alcohol. Too big badly managed breakfast room, I had to ask for cutlery as not laid on the table. Hardly deserve 2-3 star⭐️ Too far from airport and taxi cost 55euro at 10 pm. Not recommended."

"What a beautiful hotel. It’s in a terrific location. Oh, breakfast is included. WOW! So many offerings. It’s all delicious. I ate too much. Lovely space outside to eat your first meal of the day. We stayed 3 nights and reserved one more night before we head home. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop. We didn’t use it but what a way to unwind after a long trip. There is also a spa to massage. I hope you’ll stay there while in Catania. "

"The bedding needs to be majorly upgraded. Need new linens better pillows a stylish comfortable coverlet and better mattress or mattered pad. It was a very uncomfortable sleep for a quite high priced hotel. Also the shower is terrible with mould and rust and it leaks. Breakfast and location are lovely"

"When we arrived at the hotel a show was s the room , small little windows, larger window view a meter of window a roof smell like the room has not been open for a few days! Maybe because Air conditioning was off, room near breakfast! It were noises of doors closing , also from breakfast area! We were walk up at 6am because the window above our bed had no some block as the other ones so the light went straight to our faces! Next day told them about the noises and the window , so they came they cover the window with a cardboard boxes and tape!! Noises of the doors stop ! Breakfast , limited facilities but Irene went out of her way to help us!! Eggs were cold and first day they warm then up on a microwave!! This is a 4 star hotel!! Location for us was excellent !Prefer not to had all those inconveniences!! The staff trying to help, but so much they can do!"
