Hotel Bonaventure Montreal
Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep.

The hotel advertises a breakfast buffet; it's not much more than some toast, bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. On a buffet I would expect eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes . . maybe it's a cultural thing. While clean and well maintained, I would change the name to Stark, very industrial ...

The staff were fantastic.....loved the location.....not sure who the manager was on the afternoon of sun may 10th but they helped us out immensely...greatly appreciated....everyone was great!

Hotel Zero 1
Breakfast was lovely. The room was very nice and unlike anything I'd been in before. The checkout process was very smooth and I was able to retrieve my bag later in the day after leaving it with them. 10/10
