"You need to clean up your parking lot . It’s dirty and it stinks. That’s why I give a 4 star on condition of the property. Your staff need to be trained more with customer service. Some of them looks serious and don’t have welcoming personalities "

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"My husband,and I frequently stay at this property due to the close proximity of Mohegan Sun Arena. The shuttle service is TOP SHELF!! Though the prices this property charges are much higher than others, we bite the bullet ONLY FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Now, that being said I have a major problem with the OWNERS of this property! "Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend for a simple, no frill night or two. :)"
