"Anytime an entity calls and has their alleged local police assault and detain me because I loudly vocalized several legitimate complaints about not having consistent hot water, unstabe Wifi and a complicit staff that every morning purposely made every Loud noise one can make, you tell me how the stay was...?!? "This guest lodge is lovely and modern and is located in a good location that is both walkable and convenient. The service needs to be improved a bit as the breakfast often started late and took too long to arrive to the table so it wasn't convenient for folks that were eating on the go before work. "Direction to lodge where wrong. Stated opposite 42 kilometer peg. 10 kilometers out! Not be expecting us, then claimed Expedia had not paid them and wanted us to pay again. No electricity. Limited food. No hot water. Property rundown with thatched rooves falling down. "
