Swissôtel Makkah
The room is comfortable, and the hotel is connected to the mall. It’s very convenient. Surprisingly, the breakfast is amazingly good.

Emirates Grand Hotel
Room floor was not clean. Amenities like soap aren't usable. Elevators take long. Floor feels unhygienic. Check-in staff untrained. No request is fulfilled. Waste of top location.
