"The location is great, but this is not a 4 star hotel. We didn’t have towels at check in, when they brought them, they were very old and tarnished. The rooms are extremely hot, we were with small baby and we had to open the window to cool the room constantly as it was 28’ during the winter, despite the AC being set at 20’. The breakfast was the poorest quality we’ve even had in Turkey. There is nothing but olives and bread that is enable. The restaurant was not working in the evenings, but judging by the breakfast we did miss much. "

"The location of our building is in a very beautiful alley, it take sometime to reach Taksim square in the peak times but it’s really worthwhile. Staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel is very organized and the rooms are brand new. Breakfast is awesome and the view is so beautiful. Love it .,,"

"2 kişilik oda kiraladık. Double yataklı. Fakat oda zeminin de alt katında ve tek tek yataklıydı. Oda çok küçüktü. Saç kurutma makinesi bile yoktu odamızda. Tek ve küçücük bir ayna vardı banyoda. Ve akşam geldiğimizde aşırı ağır bir koku vardı. Sanırım tuvalet havalandırmasından geri hava basıyor. Çalışanlar odamızı yanlış vermiş olmalarına rağmen yardımsever insanlardı, fakat otel tamamen dolu olduğu için sorunumuzu çözemediler. "
