"Second time staying at hotel and it was amazing just like the first. The staff really do go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable as possible. 10/10"

"We stayed at the Swissotel Living as we had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was located in the same building but it was very limited. The apartment needed major maintenance. The AC units were not working properly, and the bathrooms were not very well maintained. Shower head was broken and the toilet accessories and amenities were not working properly. The hotel overall is in a great location and the staff were lovely."

"War alles Perfekt."

"Good Hotel!"

"A wonderful family-friendly hotel with a very friendly and welcoming host. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and get around. We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay!"

They had modern décor and included essentials such as a TV, kettle with tea bags, fridge, and other basics. An iron was available from the front desk. The view from my room wasn’t great as it overlooked a street, but the location more than made up for it with the metro, ferries, and bus terminal are all within walking distance, making it...
