"Hi Expedia, Requesting a full refund for 2 nights I spent spending at Mepas Mostar in horrible condition where I wasn't able to use the bathroom sink or toilette tink. Had to use the shower to wash hands and faced splashes. I rely on Expedia to protect my consumer rights. Hope the property appreciates the challenge I faced. I checked in late night on 23rd. The room was spacious, clean and ready. The washroom was a great challenge for me. Sink was completely clogged and no matter how many times...

"Very clean and cozy facilities. The personnel was very amicable. Breakfast was Ok, but personnel make it better."

"Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, great restaurant and spa. Nice spa with great service."

"We spent 2 nights here. We had a compact, recently renovated double with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. The parking is super convenient. Our room faced the parking area and sports club. The first night football games and maybe kids enjoying themselves lasted until late. It was a bit noisy. The 2nd night was quiet. "An excellent large apartment, well designed and furnished with luxury finishing. It has its own kitchen with everything provided, except a corkscrew. Highly suitable for family with children. Parking is provided at the location."

"The staff were very helpful"

"Balcony was spacious and nice to have. Breakfast was great for folks on the go early in the morning."

"Great staff"

"Très bon accueil, très serviable, le gérant nous a contacté pour avoir notre heure d’arrivée, afin de nous accueillir chaleureusement, hôtel très propre, bien situé au cœur de Mostar, avec parking à 20m. Parfait pour visiter Mostar et Blagaj. Encore merci pour tout !"

There was a very nice saltwater swimming pool and patio area that included a serve yourself beverage kiosk. All of the old town, the old bridge, the crooked bridge, dining, and other features of Mostar were all an easy walk from here."

"very good"

"The first room we received was fine, but the tops of the tables didn't seem cleaned... that's the most obvious place to spray and wipe down. When we returned later that evening, the music from a nearby club was so comically loud, and the cigarette smoke wafting in from the open window was so intense. We asked to move to another side of the hotel, and the staff graciously accommodated us, and the room was 3x the size. For that, we were grateful. And the breakfast was lovely, with many...

"Free snacks and water. Staff extremely helpful, helped me print bus ticket late at night and were helpful throughout my stay. Clean rooms as shown."
