"The overall stay was 7/10! Signs ask guests not to bring outside food to the pool area or patio but two different groups had snacks and drinks with them! We wanted to have our snacks but didn't. There was mold in oue shower too- please take care of that. Otherwise, we had a lovely and relaxed time."

"We landed late around 11:30PM and got to the hotel around 12AM. They were very accommodating and had someone stay up and wait for our check in. They had breakfast in the morning waiting for us until around 10. Overall great experience and would stay here again. Very friendly staff and clean and modern rooms. "

"We loved Podstine Hotel. Great location near town but far enough that it is quiet and very private. The staff was very helpful, specially the waiters over breakfast and lunch, always answering our questions and giving us advise. The beach is pristine and very private. If we ever go back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again."

"Upon arrival friendly staff member carried our bags to reception and room. The room was clean and light. Breakfast was buffet style with items topped up prior to running out, with various choices of where to sit. The walk in to town was pleasant possibly a bit long for some people but we enjoyed it, once in town plenty of different places to eat & drink.The buildings are built of lovely stone with some attractive architecture along with some projects remaining. Overall a great trip."

"The Hotel Sol location is on point. You are smack in the middle of the Zlatni Rat beach and then from the other side you are in the centre of the town. This hotel has the most helpful and friendly atmosphere you possibly image. The hotel isn’t a resort so therefore, we got to know the lovely staff especially the lovely cook. Highly recommend taking the breakfast option for 12 💶 a day you have a wonderful breakfast buffet. This place hold special memories for a wonderful vacation in Croatia....

"The hotel is very well situated and is convenient to all of the main attractions of Split. The service was excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable. Where the property lost marks for me was the gym/wellness area. I picked the hotel partly for the gym, and both the cardio machines were broken, and had been for some time. There was no cleaning products in the gym, and the universal workout equipment was complicated and hard to use. In addition, the hair dryer in my room kept shutting...

"Let me start by saying that this isn't a Bed and Breakfast! We were told Breakfast wasn't available, also told it wasn't open as well as told it wasn't part of our package so not really sure in the end! We had to wait half an hour outside for someone to come and let us in, despite giving them an eta earlier in the day (which was bang on) and then half an hour warning also. Then slightly longer wait whilst the room was checked. The gentleman was very friendly and polite though I will give him...
