"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"

"The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout.
