"We had a great time and the hotel was very nice, clean, spacious and staff helpful. We loved Mystic and the hotel was part of the great experience!"

"The hotel is very dated and needs a lot of updating. Despite being a non-smoking room, the room smelled of strong cigarette smoke, which is difficult to handle when you’re a non-smoker. The bathtub had what appeared to be mold in some areas, making us not want to even step foot in the tub to shower. The hallway of the building is dark and run down. We definitely would not stay here again."

"Upon arrival receptionist had an attitude rushed us through and stated there would be no cleaning service the next day. View in room was looking at a trailer park. Bathroom was disgusting. Mold on ceiling and walls, wallpaper coming off, tub had something can't explain in it wouldn't use it. Beds totally uncomfortable. For $600 stay away rather have stayed at motel 8. Saying the rating was excellent was far from stated don't waste your money."
