The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area with good parking and a beautiful sea view. However, the breakfast was very limited and repetitive. For a 3-star hotel, it should be more varied and balanced, with more healthy options such as vegetables, cheese, olives, ham and boiled eggs. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the breakfast service needs improvement.

Affordable, great panoramic view of the gulf of sorrento, great breakfast and friendly front staff. Rooms are a bit outdated but cozy. Located about a 10 minute drive to downtown Sorrento. Perfect location if you rent a car.

The hotel is a bit tired we had a room for 3 and extra bed needs a new mattress. You can feel the springs. The view is amazing. Bus stop right there very convenient. The lady that greeted me seemed a bit rigged but the man we met later was especially friendly. They have a restaurant and we never ordered off menu they were amazing on accommodating us staff in restaurant is top notch. Laundry is closed for season so that wasn’t good. Not taking my laundry on a bus to town and back. Bus to Sorrento was easy and access to Capri as well. Location is great. Hotel needs a refresh and rooms are bland and tired. Again restaurant staff and the owner were wonderful.

Nous avions une très grande chambre face mer . Très propre , au calme . L’établissement est face a capri , couchers de soleil inoubliables . Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix Hôtel d’un autre temps , même Pavarotti y a séjourner !!

The hotel is in two section divided by a narrow road with curves .We were in section accross from main building where the restaurant is.You have to be very careful crossing as traffic could come and the people dont drive slow.The breakfast is the same every day mainly pastries fruit cereal bread and cold cuts.This was bothersome. We ate dinner which was amazing.The owners are friendly . Apart from these two main complaints i still give it an ok rating.

This is a wonderful place to stay with a fabulous view of Capri and Naples from your balcony and throughout the property. The buffet breakfast is great with lots of good food and selection to start your day. The evening meal is great Michelin Star dining experience. The rooftop deck with sun lounges and hot tub was fabulous. This family run hotel of four generations and 116 years was a lovely place to stay in the Sorrento area.

During our stay , the rooms were clean and they were kept clean for our entire stay. The only negative thing I can mention was the included breakfast . There was a good selection of food from what we saw but unfortunately at 7:30 am there was hardly anything left , the replenishing service was horrible. There was only 1 staff member during breakfast. Many times we asked for coffee and waited at least 10 min. but when food such as croissants were depleted you waited at least 30 min for replenishment and when you asked I felt like you bothered them. Unfortunately I would understand if it was winter and slow season but Sorrento was packed this year. They definitely need more staff At any one time I only saw 2-3 people ( staff )

If you come to italy for an authentic family owned stay and restaurant, THIS IS THE PLACE. Não tenho do que reclamar desse hotel! Foi MARAVILHOSO! Os funcionários todos muito receptivos e gentis. O quarto estava super limpo e aconchegante. Foi um dos melhores cafés da manhã de hotel que eu já comi; tudo muito fresco e gostoso! Na área de café vira um restaurante de noite, o que foi muito conveniente quando a gente não estava afim de ir pro centro. Muito bom as comidas e o preço não era um absurdo. Eu comi o MELHOR ravioli do mundo nesse restaurante/hotel. O centro era uma hr de distância andando, pq tem muitas curvas pra descer. Mas de carro/moto é 4 minutos. Oq não foi ruim pra gente que alugamos moto. E tbm passa muito ônibus descendo, oq é uma opção mais em conta.

La plupart des commodité de l’hébergement affichées dans l’annonce ne sont pas vrai ou pas sur place. La chambre qu’on nous a donné était dans un état épouvantable et ne ressemblait à rien à la catégorie choisie. Murs sales, insectes écrasés sur les murs, meubles très usés et malpropre, air climatisé non fonctionnel, lits de camps… On nous a donné cette chambre alors que l’hôtel était loin d’être complet. Après avoir demandé, ils nous ont changé de chambre et l’autre était plus propre et plus adéquate. Il n’y a pas de petit snac-resto tel que vendu, pas de buanderie ou de salle familiale, le bar est fermé pendant plusieurs heure dans la journée. Le déjeuner est inclus, mais nous avions seulement de 8h à 9h pour y aller. Bref, l’expérience ne fut pas terrible, mais pas à l’image de ce qui est vendu. Les terrasse et le restaurant sont de toute beauté et le personnel était quand même très aimable. C’est n endroit qui bénéficie de son emplacement et qui a pu être au sommet de sa gloire il y a longtemps, mais plus maintenant.

Camere indecenti per un 3 stelle. Incommentabile

La location ha una vista meravigliosa e un ristorante caratteristico in unlocale storico ma le camere sono indecenti rispetto al prezzo e per la struttura. Vecchissime, crepe e usura ovunque, cattuvo odore del bagno, rumorosa. Mobili scadenti e casuali, non corrispondono alle foto del sito almeno quella dove soggiornavamo noi. Ruggine ovunque, zoccoletti spaccati e fradici di umidità. Le lenzuola erano pulite ma il livello della camera e' da motel a 1 stella. Avendo pagato l' upgrade per la vista mare mi sono sentita quasi truffata dato il livello basso della camera.

The hotel over 100 years old, the room is small, but clean. It has convenience store and a beautiful restaurant with good sea view. The breakfast is the best during our trip.
