"We requested h handicap room and what we got wasn’t that at all. There was no way for my boyfriend to take a shower. Also they filled in the whirlpool. Read the fine print because the continental breakfast is for a fee not free. When we first got there we went to the pool and it was great. But that evening other members through a party and took up the whole area. Food and drinks and children that treated the pool like a garbage can. The next morning we pulled out a towel from the bottom, food pieces and multiple wrappers from the pool. I teach my daughter to respect the rules and this entire group just destroys the rules. It felt very unfair that we couldn’t use the pool that was there for everyone because someone used it as their own personal party room."
