"Staff extremely helpful . As I was exhausted from work ,and facing a blizzard . Staff helped me get checked in, helped me get doors opened , they gave me room next to my car. Very peaceful night sleep before returning to my job for 1 st shift . We in medical field don’t get snow days and a peaceful sleep was a god send thank you ! "

"Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...
