"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"The room was modern and clean, but the place itself is dated. Driving between here and downtown, you will soon realize NO ONE else can get this view at a reasonable rate. I would stay here over and over."
