"From the front, the hotel looks like it isn't open. A crumbling entryway arch, weeds in the landscaping and a search for the around the corner reception desk added to the atmosphere. Granted we arrived on a rainy Sunday evening for a one night stay but there was no energy or hospitality besides the cookies at check in. "1- cleaning room but the towels stained although they change the towels every day
2- staff are friendly but they don't fill the soup dispenser
3- the breakfast is not good no variety the same scrambled egg and waffles only every day no change
4- they are very friendly but they saw that I had a lot of heavy bags eventhough they put me on the second far away from the reception with no elevators"

"Staff was helpful especially to those needing assistance with baggage to their rooms. At check in, young men wee waiting to assist you. They also were in the pool area making sure everything was in order with supplies and guests! We enjoyed the general deck seating area where you could spend time away from your room but on the same floor overlooking the grounds (or parking lot). Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional. Location was an asset - quick walk to downtown and harbor area of Hyannis....
