"Room, bathroom were good. Balcony was terrible. Door hard to open and close no screen. Part of the the door latch broken. Balcony was safe but whole area on balcony old and run down looking This was room 206 I'm hoping the other balconies were better cared for. Rest of room was comfortable."

"The second night of our stay, the thermostat fan would not turn off, and the night desk clerk couldn't do anything but put pillows on the vent. We should have called when we noticed it at 10 p.m. and maybe the maintenance people would still have been on duty."
