"Muy caro para lo que se recibe……..Aunque la habitación este literalmente sobre la playa. La cerradura de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente. Y la luz en la manana se entra por las cortinas"

"Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year."

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"They need new mattresses, it was the old spring kind. It only costs $100 for a foam expanding mattress. That's solid, I had to sleep on a broken spring mattress and I'm pretty heavy.. "Clean, friendly property centrally located between the beach and downtown Hyannis. They have a convenient beach shuttle that runs every hour on the hour which saves you from paying $30 an hour to park at the beach daily. I cannot say good enough things about this property and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We will be returning next year.."

"The property is clean and comfortable, I had to request for change of room at 3:00 am, due to a very strong chemical smell in my room. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. The Cleaning lady , was very disrespectful and very rude. We were inquiring if there is a restaurant or a beverage machine in the property...."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pictures that were listed when booking did not portray the rooms. Beds were booked as (2) queens but they were fulls. Carpets needs to be cleaned my suns socks were super dirty after walking on the floor. The overall listing is a little misleading for arcade and mini golf….yes they are next to the property but costs extra and not part of your stay. It’s a great little hotel but needs some upkeep/remodeling in the bathrooms and rooms."
