"Location amongst a waterfront, shopping and short walk to the north end made this hotel. Starbucks and Dunken Donuts both nearby, lively Irish pub a block up with nightly music, close to public transportation options and ride app friendly pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and provided bottles of water on request after a lot of walking for the day. Room was comfortable, but the "Atrium View" in our room was a window to an internal vertical shaft around...

"Be notified: if come to Boston during spring or fall season, when the temperature fluctuates 10 Celsius degrees per day, this hotel may not be your first choice. They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up. The bathtub reduces the height tremendously, not a good place to shower for people over 6”4’. The breakfast is packaged muffin, orange juice and coffee, at the small table at the entrance. "Quiet hotel with spacious/clean rooms, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of parks, restaurants and super markets. However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next time, I will avoid Hyatt if they don't change this myopic policy..."

"Perfect location to walk to the Seaport. This is my 2nd time staying. The rooms are spacious and clean. Next day at breakfast the staff was very accommodating due to the fact I have a Gluten intolerance. Highly recommend staying on either side of property. ~D"
