"Siamo stati al Mitsis Ramira con le nostre bambine di 9 anni e 5 mesi, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la settimana! La camera era molto spaziosa, composta dalla camera principale in cui stava comodamente anche il lettino della piccola e la cameretta dalla grande, entrambe le camere erano dotate di tv e condizionatore. Unica nota “negativa” il bagno non finestrato, ma comunque di ampie dimensioni. Frigo bar gratuito e sempre rifornito. Ristorante sempre aperto con diverse proposte, l’hotel...
"Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..

주인 아주머니가 무뚝뚝해보이지만 매우 친절했어요. 위치가 좋지 않아 이동수단이 걱정되었지만 코스의 택시 드라이버가 여기를 모르는곳이 없더라고요. 새벽 12시 넘어 코스 공항에 도착해서 택시타고 가서 방에 들어가는데 전혀 문제 없이 매끄러웠어요. 이메일에 안내되어있는 대로 하면 끝!"

Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden.
Ontbijt goed, voldoende variatie.
Lunch Prima verzorgd.
Diner goed verzorgd de 7 keer dat wij er hebben gegeten was er iedere keer een ander temabuffet. Het eten was smaakvol en verzorgd en alles werd snel bijgevuld.
Heel de dag door werd er schoon gemaakt.
Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
