"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. It's near Florence (~30 min drive in evenings and ~1hr during the rush hour) with plenty of free parking spots near it. It's placed in a not extremely crowded city (Empoli) which is nice. "Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

"The property was in a nice location cute town with a nice view, however nothing in the hotel room worked. No lights in the bathroom, no light in the room with the bed. No outlets worked. One of the outlet was hanging out of the wall as if it was in the process of being worked on. I only stayed one night, left super early in the morning to, so I didn’t complain to the staff but for anyone staying longer take this into consideration."
