It’s across the street from the historic center, and is actually very well located although it might not seem so on first impression. The decor feels a lot like an American motel - not much charm. "In room 4-6 you can wake up to a spectacular Mt Etna view. An elegant and authentic traditional restaurant, will strongly suggest for wine lovers. We really enjoyed the well-maintained grounds, the view and the rustic-chic rooms that were kept to a high standard. We went with a 2 year old but the friendly staff made our stay very comfortable. We chose a roll out bed instead of the cot bed but with the gap between the bed/wall, we ended up sharing the bed. Was manageable for a 2-night stay."

"Very nice bed and breakfast on the slopes of Mount Etna. Close to the Funivia and well located. There was an eruption not too long ago and there where lot of ashes on the cars when we left but the hotel is quite clean inside. The dinner served at the hotel is by himself worth the stay. It was fantastic with a limited menu caracterized by local products and local wines. One of the best dinners we had in a hotel and excellent service as well. Would go back anytime we are in the area."
