"Our stay at Koru was nothing short of exceptional. The lodge was comfortable, spotless and equipped with all amenities (even a heater and a/c). "This was a wonderful stay in a village close to Mt Etna. Everything was beautiful, the house the mountain, the hosts were very attentive and accommodating. There was plenty of advice for tourism. I met a nice couple passing through at breakfast. What a nice way to meet others traveling if you wish. I highly recommend this lovely quiet casa. There were excellent restaurants in the village and bakery."

"Located on a working vineyard and olive farm, Dimora is an amazing experience. They offer wine tasting for a price and dinner for a price but both are worth it. The wine tasting is led by a very knowledgeable staff member, Salvo, in our case. The wines were all bottled on site and were wonderful. We were able to order wine and have it shipped to our house in California. Dinner was prepared on site and served in a glass enclosed seating area with a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The variety of choices for dinner could be expanded and probably will be in the future. We both had flat breads that were excellent and of course accompanied by estate wines. The room had an incredible view of Mt. Etna on one side and the surrounding vineyards on the other side. We reserved time in the spa for jacuzzi and sauna. This included robes and slippers for wearing when not in the water. Breakfast was great augmented by several egg offerings prepared on request."

"We spent a wonderful week this March at Podere dell’Etna Segreta, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Even with a touch of winter still in the landscape, the beauty and tranquillity of the estate are felt the moment you pass through the gate and approach the main house. Each room has its own fireplace, with wood thoughtfully provided, adding warmth and charm to the peaceful setting. Above the estate, Etna in Bianco dominates the sky, while the view from the villa’s terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the landscape below. What makes the place truly special is the care and passion of the Grasso family and their dedicated team, who make you feel more like a guest of the family than a visitor. The chef’s creations are exceptional, making every meal a memorable experience, with new dishes already being meticulously planned for the summer season. All of this gives us the perfect reason to return in summer—to see the podere in a completely different light: vineyards heavy with grapes awaiting the right moment for the vendemmia, olive trees full of fruit, and the joy of dining al fresco on the beautiful terrace whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings.
