"Staff is awesome!!! They are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to everything and safe. Room is very clean and they provided toiletries which is great! The only thing I hope that will be better is the pressure of the water in the shower. Aside from that, everything is great and wonderful. Definitely staying here again if we’re going back to Lyon. Thank you Carlton Hotel in Lyon! "

"Wir wurden super herzlich vom Personal empfangen und konnten direkt unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war ein Traum. Super geräumig und sehr sauber. Was ebenfalls sehr hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel einen eigenen Wasserspender hat, wo man täglich sein Trinkwasser auffüllen kann."

"Quadruple room was spotless and bathroom had two sinks and a walk-in shower. We even enjoyed a complementary continental breakfast served in the lobby, which we were not expecting. The hotel’s location is perfect, as it is close to shopping and restaurants and walking distance to all attrractions."

"A charming hotel with a great vibe. All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaners were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. There is nice communal space to relax and lots of information on local attractions. Our room was a little basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a kettle in the room with tea/coffee bags available for free at reception, where you could also find a daily detox fruit drink...very welcome after a heavy night. The real gem though is the attached jazz...

"The hotel proudly advertises it is a 2 star hotel and I would agree. There were limited amenities and the room I stayed in was fairly small with a bed that moved about a little fairly easily and pillows could use some improvement as they're very small. However, it was exactly what I wanted, clean bed and room, great location walking distance from almost all of the attractions in the area and the staff were friendly and accommodating. "
