Very clean room - nice river view. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast options were nice - pretty decent for a day start. Hotel is well within walking distance to a lot of sights to see - and is also very conveniently located close to metro stops for additional transportation options.

Outstanding hotel in Lyon. Beautiful space, spacious rooms with full amenities including a stocked minibar. Well staffed by professionals and very helpful at all Aspects of our stay. Location is very convenient and in a beautiful part of Lyon. One of the best hotel I have stayed at in France. Value for price is excellent. The breakfast is a delicious buffet. The restaurant is also very good with creative dishes. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be back.

The hotel has a great location. For some reason, they have decided to take their mini bars out of their Suites. No fridge was available in the suite, no ice on the floor. I needed my medication in the fridge near me, so they brought one up and just sat it in the room. . Their policy is to take your medication and store it in the fridge by check-in. It was very offputting for a high-end hotel. The rooms were clean, but very cold decor. The breakfast was average at best. We’ve been traveling through Europe for a month and it was our least favorite hotel so far.
