"This hotel is such a little gem ... Our room was comfortable , with a nice mountain view.. Everything was spotless . The owners were friendly and so efficient considering how busy this hotel is . They really make you feel at home . As for the food , they certainly use the local products for breakfast and have some specialities of the region on their menu which is nice . "We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. Luckily the hotel could provide a room for the three of us but the mistake by hotels.com/could have ruined the most important part of our holiday."
