The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. "Excellent location in Pontedera. Only a five minutes walk to the city centre, the railway station, and the autobus terminal. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. There was a wide range of food choices for breakfast with hot and cold drinks readily available. The front desk was not manned at all times; but guests are provided with a key to open the entrance doors if they are locked at night."

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Marta.Rooms were beautifully decorated,clean and spacious.Toiletries,etc were provided.The area is so quiet and we had a lovely sleep undisturbed by any noise .Breakfast was delicious,abundant and with many choices.Staff was brilliant-both ladies at reception and gentlemen at restaurant.My children loved checking the two resident cats Bianca and Nero a couple of times a day ☺️😂.Definitely will be back one day as everything was perfect!"
