"The privately owned business is great for it's simplicity even with the kitchenette room. However, you should know that you need to bring your own cooking ware. There's also no vent hood above the stove. Plenty of hot water. As for getting new towels there's an additional person that makes the rounds. However, it may not be consistent so use the office number to let the owner know especially for any issues that pop up. It was a great stay for those 7 days. Pretty much all stores are close by with the beach in walking distance."

"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"This is absolutely one of our favorite places. My wife stumbled upon this Inn about 5 years ago and we try to come every year. They have a great pool area and it's right by the fishing pier. There are so many options to eat and drink within walking distance. I can't wait to come back even before checking out. "

"Very nice clean hotel. Their pool was perfect, for all ages of kids! Also very clean in all parts of the hotel, especially our room! Great location for heading to the beach for the day, etc. Breakfast was basic, but still good! Staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back, when we come to Rockport. "
