"I left my heart in Talalla Retreat. Incredible staff who were so welcoming and hard working, the Retreat itself is stunning. I had an upstairs bedroom so was able to fully enjoy the surroundings. "Very disappointing stay.When i reached i informed them that i want to upgrade to bigger room because i have 1 more guest with me,so they said it is already full.Later the manager informed that they can upgrade to room with private pool and they will add 1 more single bed (initially no available room so ot means they alraedy changed my room). i was surprised that the pool is not functionning for more than 1 month and totally dirty. Also i requested indining 3 times but the food came after 2...
