When returned we advised situation and personnel clearly to bust to be bothered. It’s not about the cost issue it comes down to basic customer service issues! For a place like this and for the rates they charge the experience should be close to spectacular! 2) food? Hmm where do I begin? Normally we would never complain and say...

"We had a wonderful stay in the BOTE House. Perfect for a small family and dogs with the fenced in yard. The staff was great and very accommodating. The access to the other resorts and amenities is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back!"

"This stay was perfect for what we needed which was a bed for a night. It offered free breakfast so we could get on our way taking the slow drive to Key West. The rooms needed some maintenance, handles in the bathroom were loose and there was a large seam exposed in the floor across the entire room. We had a reservation for 6 people and there were only 4 towels and no sheets in the room for the pullout on arrival. The staff was aware we were checking in late and assured us they are open 24 hours...
