Amazing stay in Matera!

Wow - loved this accommodation! Super clean and spacious rooms, with a very kind host that is very helpful and accommodating. Good location - walkable to the main Sassi area in 10-15 mins. Overall, a great stay and fantastic value! Highly recommend!

We loved our apartment, super modern, clean, bright , great coffee maker and a very comfy bed. The location was close to the main square. The hosts were outstanding. Pietro was super helpful and knowledgeable . We highly recommend this property.

Property is in a great location, a short walk from Matera. It is very modern, clean and provides great amenities. The room was spacious and I was lucky enough to have a little terrace outside my room. The staff member on reception was very friendly and helpful! They apparently have a car park round the park but I managed to find some free on street parking (white marked spaces on the main road just before you turn in to Via Gagarin). If I ever come back to Matera I will stay here again!

Fabulous hotel for a pit stop

Loved the hotel. Overnighted here. They had a problem where the shower didn’t drain so flooded the room! They didn’t warn us so bit unfortunate but presume a temporary problem. Otherwise great.

Excellent séjour à Spazio Gagarin Residence à Matera. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et le service exceptionnel de Pietro, qui a pris le temps de nous informer, de nous conseiller et de nous aider aussi bien à notre arrivée qu’au moment du départ. L’hôtel est très moderne, avec une véritable approche high-tech : la domotique permet de contrôler facilement l’éclairage et la climatisation, ce qui ajoute beaucoup de confort au séjour. La chambre était très agréable, le lit très confortable, et nous avons également apprécié la petite terrasse extérieure. L’emplacement est idéal, à environ 5 minutes à pied du centre historique et des principaux attraits de cette magnifique ville de Matera, classée au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Un stationnement est également disponible à l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on voyage en voiture. Et surtout, ne manquez pas d’y passer au moins une nuit : voir Matera le soir, lorsque les grottes et les Sassi sont illuminés, est une expérience vraiment unique. L’ambiance est spectaculaire et très différente de celle des autres villes des Pouilles.

The room was very clean and tidy. It was also spacious and high ceiling, making my stay very comfortable and relaxing. The bed and facilities were all well kept and looked new. The location was also very convenient to sass o caveosos. I will definitely recommend your B&B to my family and friends.

Hotel nuovo, molto bello e comodo per andare a visitare la città vecchia. Il parcheggio comodissimo.lo consiglio. Peccato che non fanno la colazione unica pecca.
