"The staff was excellent. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast attendant was also very friendly and frequently replenished items that were becoming low or out. She also asked guests if there was anything that they needed.
The only parts that were just average were our actual room appearance and the selection of items for breakfast. Our room had stains on the carpet, bare white walls (no decorations or framed art prints), and the pillows weren't that great. We were there for 2 breakfast mornings, and on both mornings, the eggs were not hot (just kinda warm), and we were hoping for bacon on 1 of the 2 mornings, but all they had was turkey sausage patties both days. The potatoes and omelets were just ok. We would have liked more selection in the pastry / muffins container. We've had better selections at other Holiday Inn Express locations."
