"We had a great breakfast, had a fun time in the pool, &nice clean room with a view. We kept our car in vallet while we ventured out a couple ours after check out too. The staff was so great and friendly to my kids and I. I would definite stay there again when we come back "

"I took this getaway with my husband it was beautiful room!! Had a really nice view, loved the valet option, the heated pool was great and nice view cristal clear water pool there was a little dirtiness in the pool on the floor. Room service is slow I asked for waters and it came to the room at the second call two hours after. wish there was a pamphlet in the room of what services, restuarants and amenities we can do in the hotel. Also walking from the pool to the other tower and going by the check in is a hassle and it can be very unsafe to come all wet from the pool and wet the check in entrance floors. we didnt see another way to get through the other tower. other than that it was good thank you! "

"Breakfast was great. Staff was a bit snobby and did not seem happy to be working there. Hotel was very noisy and I noticed several holes in the walls at different points in the hotel which I thought was odd. It was my first stay at a Hilton hotel and I don't thing I'd stay at another one. "

"upon first arrived the staff was very helpful and accommodating ! And when i first entered the room it was very clean and the city view was amazing ! i also loved the interactive tablet for the room as well"

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Our rooms were not available at 4pm check in time, we discovered while trying to shower that 1 of our rooms had no shower soap or hand soap. It turns out the ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO HAND SOAP. Then the elevator started going haywire while us + others were in it. Then their engineering team insisted they had to come in to upgrade our TVs immediately, despite do not disturb signs being on. "
