Maui Beach Hotel

"Well one compliment is that the staff was very kind but aside from that the property was not all that great. I knew it wasn’t the Hilton but the inside didn’t feel clean, the room smelled weird and I had asked for a crib in advance but when I arrived no crib in the room I asked at the front desk about it and they said they would have one sent to my room.. hours later the security came to tell me they didn’t have one but offered to give us extra pillow or blanket.. I’m pretty easy going and not high maintenance but the hotel disappointed me. To top it off they said the pool was under maintenance. Went with three kids and was not given a heads up I’m sure the pool is a huge deal for families when booking a vacation. Again nice staff but I wouldn’t recommend."

"Stayed here before as a kid, can't believe how old and unmaintained the property is. Staff is not helpful, literally had to bug them for 15 minutes to help us get a taxi there is no customer service at all at this hotel."

"I don’t know why people come on and complain about anyplace when they write reviews. Guess they just mad because someone don’t love them but it’s probably because no one can stand being around them. This place was awesome and I would come back again. I loved the well manicured grass in the courtyard. It felt great to walk barefoot after that long flight. The room were rooms and cold and comfortable. Hanging around the pool and the beach was perfect. For a quiet night after a day of travel. Just awesome. Thank you from Texas"

"Okay, at first I was a little disappointed in the location, but it turned out to be great for us. We did a lot of exploring and visiting other beaches. The room was clean, spacious, and budget friendly. The beach is across the street. It was a great beach to walk but not as pretty or clear for swimming as other beaches. The property is very centrally located for exploring the island. If you plan to spend most of your time on the property, I would book elsewhere. BUT if you are looking for a budget friendly place for base camp, it worked out great for us! Note, it has a kitchenette but is not stocked with any dishes, utensils, etc. it does have a drip coffee maker with a small amount of coffee, small fridge, sink. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were super nice and helpful!!!"

"This is a clean resort with good breakfast buffet,lunch, and dinner options. I especially liked the Mahi Mahi burger 😋. You can also book outdoor activities from this resort. Sasha our receptionist was very helpful."
