L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, car il fait très vieux. Aucune trousse de toilette n’est mise à disposition ; au vu du prix de la chambre, je pense que des pantoufles ainsi que quelques cotons-tiges ou disques de coton ne seraient pas de trop. Sinon, la chambre était très propre."

"The bedrooms are aged and in need of refurbishment. The location and views are lovely and dining hall clean but for the cost of the room I would have expected better quality. The pillow was non existent. We arrived late and reception closes at 11pm and no one appears to be available after this time to allow check in or on site to deal with any issues should they arise."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to.
