"Temizlik durumu başarısız... Mutfak eşyaları eksik ve kötü durumdaydı. Kalıcak kişi sayımız belli olmasına rağmen mutfak, çarşaf, pike, havlu eşyaları eksikti.. Konakladığımız odanın tuvaleti girişten itibaren arızalıydı. Akşama kadar onarımını bekledik ve kullanamadık. Kapılar ve klima kısmen bozuktu. Banyo kapısı kilitlenmiyordu.Çalışanlar ya da işletmeci davranış ve üslubu düzgün değildi. Sanki ücretsiz konaklama yapıyormuşuz gibi davranıyordu. Fotoğraflar verilen oda ile alakasızdı."

"The hotel is a worn down building in a noisy and unattractive area with sea view over derelict buildings. The towels from the previous guests as well as the full bins were still in the room. Less than 100m away from the hotel is a discotheque with dreadfully loud music until 5 am. If you care about sleeping well at night, stay somewhere else."

"Çalişanlarin ilgisi ve emeği çok güzel. Her ihtiyaciniza aninda koşuyorlar. Bu yönden çok memnun kaldik. Ancak dürüst olmak gerekirse villalar genel bir bakim istiyor. Tesisatlar bataryalar vs. paslanmiş vaziyette. Ayrica en azindan mutfaklara ve banyolara deterjan, sabun, şampuan vs. koyulmali diye düşünüyorum. Otele giderken herbir eşyanizi yaninizda götürmelisiniz. Ancak genel olarak fiyatina göre memnun kaldiğimiz bir konaklama oldu."

"Saat 14.00 de apartin girişi için gittiğimizde odanın henüz temizlenmedigini öğrendik ve bizden 2 saat müddet vermemizi istediler. Çıkarken de 12.00 de tam zamanında çıkmanızı istediler. Odalarda eşyalar çok kötüydü. Elektrik süpürgesi, utu masası kırıktı. Mutfak eşyaları eskiydi. Banyodaki araç gereçler dökülüyordu. Odaların perdeleri ve banyo çok kirliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Tek avantajı Altinkuma yürüme mesafesindeydi. 3 gün çok kötü bir tatil geçirdim."

"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed. "

"Absolutely astounding location and aesthetic, an incredible diverse range of food including the exceptional breakfast every morning and the pool and beach area are beyond superb. But the real rockstar of this property is the absolutely unreal attention to detail and WONDEFUL staff. It’s white Lotus and all the right ways and I have Never had such an experience of feeling at home and taken care of. Truly five star and I would give it six if I could. We will be back to say the least."

"We’re thoroughly enjoying this stunning waterfront property—it’s incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with breathtaking views all around. The spa is a serene retreat, featuring an exceptional Turkish Bath that adds to the experience. The local cuisine is impressively fresh and flavorful, with beautifully presented dishes that elevate every meal. Our stay has been so soothing and enjoyable that we’ve decided to extend it by another night and treat myself to a spa appointment. Last but certainly not least, the staff have been exceptionally accommodating, professional, and responsive—always attending to our needs with genuine warmth and positive energy. "Lovely small new property. Very comfortable, with lots of nice amenities included, exceptionally clean. Some small kinks still to be worked out;) Kind and welcoming staff. Quiet in out of season time, which was nice. Close, but not too walking distance, to the seashore and restaurants. The sauna was a very nice touch. Really liked overall. Will recommend."
