"I stayed here in Jan. 2026 and, while I appreciate the effort of the staff, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was reasonably clean, but not to the standard I would expect. There were also some basic oversights, such as having no place to hang bath towels in the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable. We also dealt with significant noise from neighbouring guests, which made it difficult to rest, and it did not seem to be addressed. The breakfast area was the most concerning part of the stay. It was not well maintained — tables were not wiped down, chairs were visibly stained, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Several items were unavailable or running low, including no fruit, and the yogurt machine was out of order. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for both check-in and the breakfast area, which understandably made it difficult to keep up, but still impacted the quality of the experience. I share this feedback respectfully, but honestly. There are some foundational areas — cleanliness, maintenance, and staffing — that need attention in order to provide a better experience for guests. "

"Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. It looked like there was some “passion” up in there. There were hand prints all over the window, all over both headboards, and what looked like butt prints on the headboards, as well. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. We didn’t want any living creatures in our room so we were hoping they were dead! There were no other rooms available as the hotel was sold out. My kids and I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean what housekeeping blatantly missed. We also had to buy air freshener because the room smelled funky. The sheets were clean and fresh….THANKFULLY! The breakfast was mediocre. The hot foods were room temp at best. The French toast tasted freezer burned. The room was overpriced for our experience!"

"It would’ve been a good stay but we were given the wrong room that only slept 2 when we needed 5. and it was so busy there was no way we could switch rooms."
