"We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying...

"There was no water in the entire hotel when we woke up Sunday morning. Couldn't shower before church, brushed our teeth dry. No accomadation made (free bottled water). One of the two elevators was out of order. I've stayed at Hampton many times, this was the most disappointing."

I felt secured leaving my vehicle on the property because it’s gated and a code is needed to exit. Overall, I have zero complaints. "

"The Breakfast menu included: off brand type Cheerio's, Fruit loops, no milk, nice yogart, waffles, coffee, bagles, white and whole wheat bread, a microwave, a toster and scrambled eggs & link sausage one morning and link sausage & bacon another morning."

"The room was not up to standard, the bathroom smelled like a sewage. The pillows had stains on them, the microwave was nasty and did not work. The only positive thing I can say it was better than sleeping on the street. I would not recommend this place I ended up going to the Candlewood Suites in Stanford, TX. "

"The service was terrible. I paid for a suit and was given a regular room. I called Expedia and no one could help me. The hotel never had a manager onsite (at least the 5 times I walked to the desk and asked) and Expedia wouldn’t do anything to solve the problem except for trying to communicate with the manager who was never at the hotel. The front desk staff just kept saying “we can do anything for you because you booked through Expedia” and Expedia kept saying “we can do anything for you...

"The breakfast was hot, the staff was extremely friendly, parking was at the hotel, and our room was very clean. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. We noticed the staff continued to clean the entire facility including mopping the driveway entrance. If you needed something and they were able to assist you, they did. We were very impressed. "
