They told us they would give us a refund when we opted to leave for a clean, safe hotel with the actual amenities we were looking for. 12hrs later we got a message that they were refusing the refund. No cups or cutlery in room 1 small hand towel to shower with signage outside very confusing booked for 2 nights only stayed one found other accommodation elsewhere most certainly would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY"

"No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫"

Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. "The hotel was cozy, and very clean. The food in the bar was is good and the bar do not have all the ingredients when you ask for some cocktail at the menu, but the staff is incredible friendly ,and helpfull. If I returned to Southhampton this is my first option ☺️"
