"We were in an efficiency with a king bed. It was a nice large room. The room was very clean and modern with a good layout. It was good that the bathroom was relatively far from the bed.
The kitchen - sink, microwave, full refrigerator and a cool dishwasher were very nice. However there weren't the usual kitchen amenities to go with all that - no cooking tools (e.g. tongs, bowls, kitchen towels) or serving utilities (e.g. forks, knives, plates, etc.) or any cleaning detergent (for dishwasher...

"Really cute boutique hotel. Walking distance to Plymouth Park and town. Plenty of good restaurants, shops, and historical sites all around. It is near a school, but I didn’t anything until the end of school day when the buses were there. Only really noticed because I was outside. Would love to stay again."

"The only issue is the size of the breakfast area was very small if there was a lot of people it would be real tight. They should have put in more planning. Also the tv in the king room should have been placed in a better place instead if on the table it should have been on the wall. Other than that the hotel was beautiful."

"The hotel itself was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated however, the staff was not the nicest, but I’m thinking it’s more of an East Coast type of vibe. Other than that, it was located perfectly in the middle of the city to be able to walk to lots of great restaurants."

"We had a lovely stay at John Carver Inn and really enjoyed our visit! There were just a few things that could be improved:
1. Bathroom towels: Our room only had one towel hook next to the shower, with nowhere else to hang towels to dry. There was plenty of empty wall space for a few additional hooks or a towel bar.
2. Water slide hours: The slide didn’t open until 11 a.m., which is also checkout time. It would be nice if it opened earlier so families could enjoy it on their last morning.
