The front desk staff go above and beyond anytime I have stayed here. They were so helpful with my pets and baggage (I was overwhelmed with a new rescue puppy and my other dog and suitcases). This was the worst hotel experience we have had. The initial room smelled liked urine. Instead of moving us they dumped super smelly chemicals into the AC and told us the problem was fixed. We asked to be moved and the front desk said "problem fixed". We put up a fight and were moved to another room ...
