"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Good location. My only complaint is that I was charged $100 for “incidentals” and was told it would be refunded when I checked out. It was not refunded when I checked out so now I’ll be checking my credit card account each day to see if and when it’s refunded. $100 seems excessive for a one-night stay in a hotel without a restaurant. What “incidentals” could I have incurred? Plus, it should have been refunded when I checked out, as promised."

"The room was clean and spacious. The checkin and check out was an east and quick process. The breakfast could be better. The pool is very small but if you’re looking to quick dip, it’ll suffice. The hotel was located right off the freeway and easy to access. The restrooms are nice, clean, and spacious."

"If you are looking to stay at the Italy Inn, you should know that it is the upstairs of a large convenience store. Not much there in ways of amenities or scenery, but it will do in a pinch. Room was clean and inexpensive. We were staying there for a local bike ride in Italy, Texas. Far from luxury, but good enough to get the job done"
